Anneke Frankenberg

After finishing her violin studies at the conservatory, Anneke Frankenberg specialised in South American and Eastern European folk music, including the Cuban charanga and Mexican mariachi. She plays in Csókolom, a group of four string players who combine the music of Transsylvania with various elements including jazz. She performs in Europe, Australia, the USA, and South America, gives workshops, and is a teacher at Markant, House of Fine Arts, in Apeldoorn.
